Supplier Marketplace Policy

Rules for the Supplier catalogue that Sellers can import products from.

Last updated 25 July 2026 1 min read Version 1.0
The Supplier Marketplace lets approved Suppliers publish product catalogues that Sellers may import into their own stores. This is a future-facing policy governing that relationship.

1. Supplier content ownership

Suppliers retain ownership of their images, descriptions, product data and pricing, and grant Sellers a licence to use that content for the sole purpose of reselling the Supplier's products on a LIYAD store.

2. Reseller permission

Sellers may only import and resell products they are authorised to resell. Unauthorised resale may result in removal.

3. Inventory & accuracy

LIYAD does not guarantee Supplier inventory levels, product accuracy, availability or delivery. Suppliers are responsible for keeping catalogue data accurate.

4. Liability

Disputes between Sellers and Suppliers regarding fulfilment, pricing or product quality are resolved between the parties. LIYAD may assist but is not a party to the underlying supply agreement.

Platform responsibility statement

LIYAD is a software platform that enables independent sellers to create and manage online stores. LIYAD is not the seller of products listed on the platform. Unless LIYAD is explicitly identified as the merchant for a specific transaction, it does not manufacture, own, warehouse, inspect, guarantee, endorse or deliver products sold by independent sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for product quality, pricing, legal compliance, fulfilment, customer support, refunds, warranties and tax obligations.
