1. How to submit a report
Send an email to trust@liyad.co.za including:
- Your full name, company (if applicable) and contact details
- Whether you are the copyright owner, trademark owner, or authorised agent
- Identification of the protected work (registration number where applicable)
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material
- Evidence of ownership (registration certificate, prior publication, etc.)
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorised
- A statement that the information provided is accurate, made under penalty of perjury
- Your signature
2. Expected response times
We acknowledge valid reports within two business days and act on confirmed infringement promptly, typically within five business days.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to trust@liyad.co.za.
LIYAD is a software platform that enables independent sellers to create and manage online stores. LIYAD is not the seller of products listed on the platform. Unless LIYAD is explicitly identified as the merchant for a specific transaction, it does not manufacture, own, warehouse, inspect, guarantee, endorse or deliver products sold by independent sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for product quality, pricing, legal compliance, fulfilment, customer support, refunds, warranties and tax obligations.
